Gambell Lattimer< no role > for Feby.

Thomas Tasker< no role > of the parish of Christ Church in the County
of Middlesex Plaisterer Maketh oath and Saith That on the Thirtieth
Day of April last he this Deponent and one Mary Hall< no role > were severally
bound by Recognizance before David Wilmot< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex in the penalty of
Forty Pounds each Upon Condition that the said Ann Hall< no role > should
prosecute and this Deponent give Evidence against the said Gambell
Lattmier
< no role > for Feloniously Stealing Two Chequed Aprons the property of
the said Ann Hall< no role > at the then next Session of Gaol Delivery to be
holden for the said County And this Deponent Saith That on or about
the Twenty Ninth Day of April last when the said Sessions were began
he this Deponent did go to the said Ann Hall< no role > the prosecutor in order
to go with her to prefer a Bill of Indictment against the said
prisoner Gambell Lattmier for the Felony aforesaid and the said Ann
Hall
< no role > then informed this Deponent that she had seen the said Gambell
Lattmers
< no role > Wife and his Friends and therefore she would not prosecute
him and thereupon this Deponent not knowing what to do and being
Intriely Ignorant how to proceed against the said Gambell Lattimer
thinking as the said prosecutor would not prosecute him he had
no occasion to give himself any farther Trouble about it he accordingly
went about his Business And this Deponent Saith That he did not
Neglect to give Evidence against the said Gambell Lattmier through
any favour or Reward or the hope or promise thereof but that such
Neglect was occasioned by the means aforesaid and through no other
reason or Motive whatsoever
