now present, Says that on Saturday night
last about 7 oClock the said James Kennedy< no role >
James Devett and
this Informant robbed a Gentleman on Foot in Company with
a Lady in the Kings Road near Bloody Bridge
of a Gold
Watch Says he this Informant afterwards gave the said Watch
to the said James Devett, Says that Immediatly after in
the same Road the said James Kennedy< no role >
James Devett and
this Informant robbed a Foreigner of Six ShillingsSays
that about half an Hour afterwards the said James Kennedy< no role >
James Devett and this Informant robbed a Woman in a Cart
in the Road near Walham Green
of one Shilling and three
Pocket pieces, Says they all three then came to the Lodgings
of the said James Kennedy< no role >
in the Broad way Westminster
where
they left two Pistols and a Cutlasser and afterwards went to
a Public house the Corner of New Street in St. Martin Lane
and drank two Pots of Beer. Says that when the said James
Kennedy< no role >
and James Devett< no role >
were apprehended in West Street
