Sarah Ann< no role > Bishop maketh oath That She has been
informed by her late Father Matthew Bishop< no role > deced & which information
She believes to be true that he was duly bound to & Served the whole
of his Apprenticeship with Joshua Lovejoy< no role > in Ratcliffe Highway
in the Parish of Saint George in the said County Pernkemaker & by
means thereof gained a legal Settlement there That to this Deponts.
knowledge information or belief her said Father never rented a
house of Ten pounds a year or upwards nor ever Served any parish
office nor ever paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor ever did
any Act to gain a Settlement elsewhere That She this Deponent
never was bound an Apprentice nor ever lived as a hired Servant
for a year nor was ever married nor ever did any act to gain a
Settlement in her own right and that her said Father & Mother
were married at the Fleet as She has been informed by her said
Father & which She believes to be true.

oath that her said late Husband has informed her & which She believes
to be true that he was hired & lived as a hired Servant by the year at
certain Wages by & with one Mr Cook in Hummerton in the parish
of St John Hackney in the sd County & Continued in Such Service for
many years & by means thereof gained a legal Settlement there That
he did not afterwards live elsewhere up a hired Servant by the year or rent
a house of the yearly Rent or Value of Ten pounds or Serve any parish
office or pay any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or do any act to gain ant
Settlement That She this Depont Since his death hath not been Married
nor hath She done any act to gain a Settlement for herself
