Margaret Jolly< no role > the widow of Richard Jolly< no role >
deced maketh oath that divers years ago her said late husband
rented a house of Six pounds a year in Rose & Crown Court in the
parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the sd County & during
such his Residence there in was charged to & paid the Kings
Tax for the same & by means thereof gained a legal Settlement
there & this Deponent can give no other Account respecting her
said husbands having gained a Settlement elsewhere & that
She this Deponent Since his death hath not done any Act to
gain a Settlement [..] for herself & that She was
lawfully married to her said husband

for the same & by means there of gained a legal Settlement there
& that She has not Since done any Act to gain a Settlement
elsewhere.
