And I further Certify that the Brick & Timber Work of
the Three Houses situate on the South Side of the East Gate
of the Hospital is in good Condition and will stand 50 Years
after a Repair the Expence whereof will not exceed £240. &
may then be let at a Rent of £75 P Ann and after deducting
the Interest of the sd. £240 the same including the value of
the Land will be worth £1204..15...And I humbly apprehend
that the Worshipful the Bridge Committee will be inclined
to pay and allow the full and utmost Value for the Houses
included in this and the proceeding Article, considering
that the bad State and Condition of the Repairs of the
said Houses and the Loss of the whole Rent of three of such
Houses for 10 Years past has been Occasioned by the
Alterations proposed to be made on Building the said
Bridge and the Inclination of the governors of the sd.
Hospital to promote the Views & Intentions of the
Worshipful the Bridge Committee
1204..15..0

And I further Certify that the two new Houses
and Carpenters Shop adjoining to the Revd. Mr. Wights
Yard towards the South have been lately built & will
stand 60 Years and as 44 Years of the Term granted by
the Lease thereof at the Rent of £6P Ann are now
unexpired I am of Opinion that the Interest of the
Hospital in the said Two Houses and Shop during the
said Term and the Reversion in Fee thereof and of the
Soil or Land whereon the same stand (the whole of which
ought to be paid for as the part proposed to be left will
be of no Use or Value) is worth the Sum of
