& defend the Suits Instituted or to be Instituted in Consequence of
three Several Distresses made on James Couling Tenant of the Farm
and Estate at North high belonging to Bridewell Hospital
And that
the Clerk shall be at Liberty to enter into an Agreemt. that the Verdict
or Determination of one Cause shall Bind the Hospital & conclude
the other two Suits for the more Speedy & easy Decision of the Merits
of the Question
