Continued Wednesday 27th July 1768.

the New Street, A Fence Wall Ten Feet High with Two Gates and Iron-
Railing on the Top thereof to be Erected between the Court and the Street
A Cover for Carriages the same as the present One to be Erected on the
Inside of the said Fence Wall, A Yard and Entrance to be made to Mr.
Wights House as marked in the Plan with all the Conveniences which are
in the present one and a New Front built to the North Wing where it will
be cut down by taking down the Buildings standing on the part mark't
Blue and finishing the same to fit the present Rooms.

All these Articles to be done by and at the Expence of the Bridge Committee
to the Satisfaction and Approbation of the Hospital's Surveyor.

As the Buildings between the Court Yard and the present Street are very
Old and Ruinous and not fit to be Repaired or let the Bridge Committee
to pay the Hospital £200 for the same

As that part of the West Wing which stands on the Ground marked Blue
is a Useful Building in tolerable Repair the Bridge Committee to allow
the Hospital £20 P Square for so much of the same as is to be taken down
that the Hospital may erect such other Conveniencies where it may be
most suitable so to do

Between Mr. Wights Yard and Tudor Street there are three Houses and
a Carpenters Work Shop. Although the Front of the Alehouse being the next
to Tudor Street does not stand in that Line which the New Street will
form yet it will be so near it that it may remain in its present Situation
till there is a Necessity of rebuilding it and then the Hospital is to
cause the Front to range property, The two other Houses & Carpenter's
Shop must be pulled down and for the Purpose the Interest of the
Tenants or Lessees is to be purchased by and at the Expence of the
Bridge Committee, and if that is done at any Time before the Expiration
of the present Leases, then the Erections to be pulled down by and
at the Expence of the Bridge Committee and the Hospital to be paid
for their Reversion therein, but if on the other Hand they are allowed
to remain till the Expiration of the present Lease or Leases-Then the
Hospital to pull them down and lay the Ground into the Street as above mentd.

In the Alteration of the Street going to the New River Office the Tenants or
Lessees to be satisfied in Damages and new Fence Walls as good as the
present ones to be made by and at the Expence of the Committee.

With Respect to the Ground to be obtained out of the Rever opposite
to the Mouth of Bridewell Dock if the above Proposal is Carried into
Execution that must stand upon the Terms specified in the Act
made for that and other purposes

And with Respect to the Fronts of Buildings to be Erected in any
part of the said Streets they are to be Regular Uniform and to the
Satisfaction of the Bridge Committee as is usual in such Cases
