should have full Power to hear the same in a Summary Way on
Petition and 14 Days Notice to the other Partys interested and
finally to determine the same

And in Case of Non Payment of said Quit Rents for 40 Days
Power is given to the Mayor Commonalty and Citizens to re-Enter
and receive the Rents it the same with the Costs shall be fully paid

And It is further Enacted that the said Quit Rent and every
part thereof shall be redeemable upon Payment to the Chamberlain
of 20 Years Purchase with all Arrears to be Computed pro Rata to-
the Day of Payment or Tender.

And I further Certify that at a Committee of Common
Council held at Guildhall on 29th. Sept. 1767 to Carry into Execution
the said several Acts Notice is given agreeable to the Directions
contained in the said last mentioned Act that they had caused
to be hung up in the Town Clerk's Office at Guildhall for
Publick View A Plan of the said Intended Embankment That
such of the Owners & Proprietors of the Wharfs & Ground on the
North side of the said River within the Limits aforesaid as were
desirous to Embank the Ground opposite and Contigueos to the
said Wharfs or Grounds at their own Expence must give Notice
in Writing of such their Intention to the Town Clerk on or before
29th. Septr. 1768 and were to made such Embankment within Six
Calendar Months after such Notice under the Direction of the said
Committee or their Surveyor.

And I further Certify that the following Leases or
Agreements for Leases heretofore granted of the Messuages or
Tenements lying between this Hospital and the said River are
new subsisting under the several Yearly Rents herein after
mentioned and that the respective Terms of Years herein after
mentioned are now to come and unexpired under such Leases or
Agreements and are Claimed by the Persons herein after named.

several Messuages lately stood which were destroyed by Fire
for 56 Years from Midsr. 1725 at £60 P Annum
