husband & which information this Depont Verily believes to be
true) That her Said late husband divers Years ago & before his
Marriage with this Depont & when a Singleman was hired and
lived as a hired Servant for the Space of a Year
at Certain Wages
with one Mr Adstone in
Green Street
in the Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex

And by
means thereof as She is advised gaines a legal Settlement there
And this Depont Saith That to her knowledge information or
belief her Said husband did not after his leaving the Said Mr
Adstone live as a hired Servant for a year in any other Service
nor ever Rent a house of the Yearly Rent or Value of Ten
Pounds a Year or upwards nor Serve any Parish office nor
Pay any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or do any Act to gain
a Subsequent Settlement And this Deponent farther Saith that
She hath four Children namely
