Thomas Long< no role > maketh oath that divers Years ago he
was duly bound apprentice by Indenture to Richard
Midwinter
< no role > of the Parish of St. Bridget in the City of London
Founder and Served the whole of his apprenticeship
in thesd. Parish and by means thereof gained a legal
Settlement there And this Depont. Saith that he never lived
as a hired Servant for a Year nor ever Rented a house
of the yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds nor ever Served
any Parish office or Pair any Poors Rates or Kings
Taxes nor to his knowledge or belief never did any
Act to gain a Settlement Subsequent to his sd apprenticeship
