Dugald Patterson< no role > maketh oath that divers years ago
he rented a house at the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds and
ten Shillings in Ben Street in the Parish of St. Margaret
Westmr. in the County of Middx and was Charged to and
paid Parish Taxes for the Same and by means thereof
gained a legal Settlement there And this Depont. Saith that
he has not Since Rented a house of the Yearly Value of
Ten Pounds nor Paid any Parish Taxes nor Served any
Parish offices or Paid any Kings Tax nor to his knowledge
or belief hath he done any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement And that he hath a wife named Sarah< no role > and
two Children to wit Christian< no role > aged about nine years by
his late wife Ann< no role > deced; and John< no role > Aged about Nine Weeks
by his Present wife Sarah his lawful Issue
