To the Right Worship full His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their Generall Quarter Sessions assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St James
Dukes Place in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seales of Thomas Robe< no role > & I Poulson Esqrs:
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the Twenty Second Day of December last past Robert
Dunston
< no role > , Frances< no role > his Wife & two Children Frances< no role > and
Anne< no role > , Anne aged about one Year & an half, were removed
from the Parish of St. Luke in Old Street in the said County
of Middx unto the said Parish of St. James Dukes Place
London, alledging the said Parish of St. James Dukes Place
to be the Place of their Settlement.

That your Peticonrs. conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Warranter Order of the sd.
Two Justices Do therefore appeale to yor. Worps
therefrom and humbly pray that you will be
pleased to hear them in the Prmisses, & order that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Luck in Old Street in the said County of Middx
may appear before you at a certain Day to be
appointed, to hear & abide the Judgment and
Determinacon of your Worps touching this Appeale

And your Peticoners will Pray
