the said County Butcher
and
Peter Senhouse< no role >
taken before me this 28th. day of Decemr. 1782
Who being upon Oath says and First the said William
Gray< no role >
says last Night between the hours of nine and ten o Clock he
was informed by John White< no role >
his Servant now present that
a person now present who calls himself Mathew Cullen< no role >
in
company with two others had stolen some Beef out of his Shop
and were gone away with the sameThat he this Informant
and the said John White< no role >
pursued the said Mathew Cullen< no role >
and the other two Men to a Butchers in Five Field Row
Chelsea where he charged them with stealing the Same
That on his charging said Cullen with stealing his Beef
he knocked this Informant down in the Highway and
feloniously took from off his Neck a Silk Handkerchief
now produced his propertyand the said Peter Sen house
says that he apprehended the said Mathew Cullen< no role >
and
on searching him found a Quantity of Beef Steak now
produced concealed in his Breeches and the said Silk Hanker-
-chief in his Hand
