That your Petitioner has of a long time
been of your Parish and for some Years past an In:
habitant and house keeper of the said Parish being
now reduc'd by pure Misfortune and not by any fault
a neglect of her own humbly prays you wou'd think
her a person Worthy the this Years Charity of Five
Pounds the Gift of the late Alderman Abney to be
bestow'd on one poor house keeper of the Parish of St.
Dionis Backchurch

And Your Petitioner-
as in Duty bound shall ever pray Etc
