WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, Robert Peter< no role > Esqr late Shayor Church Bouell Esqr Recorder Who Hand and Seals
are hereunto set, Two of her Majesties Justices of the
peace for the Citty of Rochester aforesd.
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret
in the said County, City that Elizabeth Hudson< no role > wife of John
Hudson
< no role > Thomas < no role > & John < no role > her Children are
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
themselves there without giving Notice in Writting to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House of their abode in the said Parish, or having atenement there of Ten pounds of anne according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that the said Elizabeth Hudson< no role >
& Thomas John her Children are
likely tobecome Chargeable to the said Parish: And whereas it appeareth
unto us, therein Instires upon the Oath of the send
Elizabeth hudson< no role > that she the sd. Elizabeth Hudson< no role > & her
said two Children Thomas & John were
thatlast legally settled in the Parish of
Dionis Back Church wth in the Citty of London her
therefore the sd. Justice doe hereby adjudge the said
Elizabeth Hudson< no role > & her two children Thomas & John to be
chargeable is then Parish of Margarett & that the sd [..]
parish of Dionis Back Church is the plate of then last legall
settlement
These are therefore in her Majesties Name strictly to Charge and Com-
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to remove and
convey the said Elizabeth Hudson< no role > & her two Children Thomas &
John from the said parish of St. Margaret
in the saidCountyCity of Rortherter to the said Parish of St. Dionis Back church
in the sd, Citty of London
and deliver them unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law: Hereof said not at your Perils. Given under our Hands
and Seals, the Four Twentieth day of September in the Tenth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Ann by the Grace of God,
of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, Queens Defender of the
Faith, Etc. Annoq: Dom. 1711

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Margarett aforesd.
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Dionis Back Church aforesd.
And all others whom it doth or may concern, Etc.
