Examination TextElizabeth Cocks aged 21 Lodging at Mr Haynes in Russell Street in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields on her Oath saith that she never was Married that she was by the Officers of the Panish of Edmonton in the County of Middlesex bound an Apprentice by an Indenture until she should attain the Age of Twenty one years to Mr Rice and Undertaker in Shakespears walk in the Parish of St Paul Shadwell in the said County of Middx and there served the said Master Six years and then departed from was said Master by Consent , that she never was Assigned Over to any other Person Kept House rented a tenement of ten pounds by the year paid any Parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired Servant in any one place for twelve Months together since.
