| Examination Text | Sarah Player aged 41 years Lodging at the House lett in Tenements in Johnsons Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields on her Oath saith that she she is the Wife of. Henry Player (now in Tothill Fields Bridewell for Debt) to whom she was Married in the Parish Church of St Margaret in the City of Westminster the Ninth Day of January in the year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy One that her said Husband is a Cordwainer by Trade and lived in and Rented a House in Backen Alley any Parish of St Anne within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex for the space of One year and an half at the yearly Rent of Twelve Pounds besides taxes quitted the same about four years ago transceiver said Husband hath not Kept House rented a tenement of ten pounds by the year , nor paid any Parish taxes since that she hath four Children by her said Husband to wit John Thomas aged one year and an half Mathew aged Twelve years and upwards Sarah aged ten years and upwards and Sophia aged Four years and upwards all know with this Deponent.
