Examination TextSarah Patmore aged 18 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields passed from the Parish of Much Hadham in the County of Hertford upon her oath saith that she never was married bound an apprentice kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together, that her father was a Goldbeater by trade and served the latter part of his apprenticeship in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid, but to whom or the particular part she cannot tell, that he never kept house rented 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes to this Examinant's knowledge. Taken in the workhouse the 9th January 1764.
