| Examination Text | Anne Allen aged 62 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mrs Cameron a Milk Woman in Charles Court in the Strand in the Parish aforesaid for the space of five years and an half at the yearly wages of 4 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same about three years ago, that she never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since, that she was passed from the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden.
