| Examination Text | Jane Cooper aged 75 years lodging at Mrs. Miller's in Mr Hamon's in Hemmings Row in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the widow of John Cooper (who died about eight years ago) to whom she was married at Stepney Church 20 years ago, that her said husband lived in and rented an house in Thackhams Court in the Parish aforesaid for the space of two years at the yearly rent of 10 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same several years ago, that he never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes after he quitted the said house in Thackhams Court, nor hath she this Examinant since the death of her said husband.
