Examination TextWilliam Randall aged 45 years upon his oath saith that he is the Shoemaker by True that he lived in & rented a House in Tun Alley in the Parish of St Martin in the ffields from Christmas 1782 to Midsummer 1784 at the yearly Rent of Twelve Pounds Taxes since which he had rented Apartments Unfurnished to witTwo Rooms upon the Second floor at No 1 in Cecil Court in the said Parish for the space of Twelve Months at the Yearly Rent of Twelve Pounds quitted the same about Six Years ago since which hath not rented Ten Pounds by the Newmont done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement , that he was Married to his late Wife Mary who died in Jany 1792 the Parish Charge of Saint Mary Lambeth December 25th 1782 by whom he hath Three Children to wit Martha Born July 12th/84 William Born February 8th/86 Mary Ann Born Sepr 29th/90. And also that his said Wife while single was on the 1 day of March 1770 delivered at No 4 in Charles Court , Strand of the Male Bastard Child baptised Samuel , which she had by this Examinant. Sworn this 11th Day of July 1793 before me John Collick William Randall ffather died in 96 in Westr Infirmary
