Examination TextAnn Seagrave aged 47 Years upon her Oath saith that she was never Married that she served ffpur Years underrate Yearly hiring with MrChrisr Hendrick a Taylor in Cursitor Street in the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of Middlesex at Six Pounds by the year Wages diet & lodging quitted the same about fourteen years ago since which she hath not been a yearly hired Servant in any place for 12 months together not done any Act to gain a subsequent Sediment. And this Examinant upon her voluntary Oath further saith that she was on the 16th Day of April 1784 delivered at the house of Mrs Reeves No46 Saint Martins Lane in the Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields foray Male Bastard Child baptised Samuel and also that she was on the 18th day of June 1787 delivered in the said House of Mrs Reeves as aforesaid of one other Male Bastard Child baptised William both of whom are yet living and become chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields and that Samuel Nash , who is a Journeyman Shoemaker and with whom she has cohabited for Ten Years past did beget of her Body the said Two Male Bastard Children and that he the said Samuel Nash is the true & only ffather thereof and Man else but we're he is to be found she Knoweth not.
