| Examination Text | William Robins aged 30 Years upon his Oath saith that well he was Single and Unmarried . he served Mr Hesse in Adam St. Adelphi in the Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields in the capacity of Groom for the space of One Year & Nine Months all under one hiring at the Yearly Wages of Twenty one Pounds diet & lodging quitted the same in September 1783 since which he has not rented Ten Pounds by the Year paid any Parliamentary or are Parochial taxes not done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement , that he was Married to his present Wife Ann at the Parish Church of Saint Giles in the ffields the 14th Day of July 1783.
