Examination TextElizabeth Wall aged about 44 years lodging with Mrs Frost at No.18 in Charles Court in the Strand in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the widow of William Wall who died about 10 years ago, that her said husband lived in and rented an apartment (having his own furniture) vizt. a second floor and Garretts at the house of Mr Boursot's a Silversmith in New Street in the Parish aforesaid for the space of two years at the yearly rent of 10 Guineas, quitted the same about 12 years ago, that her husband never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes afterwards, that she hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since the death of her said husband, that she was married to her said husband at the Parish Church of St Andrew Holborn in August about 22 years ago. Sworn the sixth Day of January 1780 before William Hyde.
