Examination TextElizabeth Spriggs aged 22 years and upwards lodging in White Ball Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the wife of William Spriggs (gone from her) to whom she was married at the Parish Church of St Martin in the Fields the 19th Day of August in the year 1776, that her said husband is a Dyer and Scowrer by trade and lived in and rented an apartment near Little Court in that part of Castle Street by the Kings Mews in the Parish aforesaid Vizt. a shop parlour and Garrett for the space of six months at the yearly rent of 20 pounds, quitted the same the 19th Day of December last, that she hath one child by her said husband to wit William aged seven months now with this Examinant.
