Examination TextAnn Lyndon aged 11 years removed by an order of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace from the Parish of St Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields in the said county, that her father Constantine Lyndon swore to her settlement at St. Giles's as follows - That he was born in the Kingdom of Ireland, that he never did any act again a settlement in England, that he was married to his late wife Catherine (whose maiden name was Catherine Briggs) at the Parish Church of St Martin in the Fields [blank] years ago, that his said wife was bound an apprentice (by the officers of the Parish of St Martin in the Fields), and that she served the latter part of her apprenticeship to Mr Fogarty a Victualler in Vinegar Yard in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields, and that she never did any act to gain a subsequent settlement to this Examinant's knowledge. Taken the 27th Day of January 1778.
