Examination TextElizabeth Greeve aged 42 years Lodging at Mr. Langford's in Church Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her Oath saith That she is the Widow of John Greeve who Died three years ago to whom she was Married at the Parish Church of St Martin in the Fields the Eleventh of August Thirteen years ago, That her said Husband was a Cabinet maker and lived in and rented an House in Vine Street in the said Parish for the space of Five years at the yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds besides taxes and Died in the Occupation of the said House, That she this Examinant hath not kept house rented a tenement of ten pounds by the year nor paid any Parish taxes since the death of her said Husband, That she hath three Children by her said Husband to wit John aged Eleven years and upwards Elizabeth aged Ten years and upwards and Agnes aged Eight years and upwards all now with this Examinant. Sworn the 23d Day of May 1782 Before William Hyde. John born - June 21st/69; Eliz. born July 16/70; Agnes born Jany 2/72. Exd. & enquired into & find right Septr. 1/89, F. Lemage.
