Examination TextEleanor Mason aged about Thirty five years past from St Mary Le Bone now at the Workhouse of this parish Saith she is the widow of John Mason who dyed the ninth Day of Novemr last to whom she was Married at the fleet upwards of Ten years agoe That he was by Trade a Taylor and Learnt that Trade of Mr in Durham yard with whom he was a Covenant Servt for two years had three pounds by the year diet and Lodging and quitted that Service abt Twelveyears agoe as she hath heard That he never kept house rented Ten pounds by the year paid any parish Taxes or was a yearly hired Servt afterwards hath Six Children (to wit) Mary Ann aged Nine years Patience Seven Eliz: five Eleanor Three Margt two years and Robert age 5 months all with this Examt Sworn the 29th Day of July 1736 Before me Jas: Fraser The mark of Eleanor Mason Start here
