Examination Text | Ann Millins aged 47 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith she is the widow of William (who has been dead about four years) to whom she was married at the Fleet about 35 years ago, that he was a Shoemaker by trade and served his time in Bedfordbury in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields and gained any other settlement afterwards [sic], that she hath one child living to wit Elizabeth aged 16 years now apprentice at a coffee house in Mount Street. Taken this fourth of January 1748. |
