| Examination Text | John Collop aged 55 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon his oath saith he was a Painter by trade and was bound apprentice by indenture to Mr Stout the corner of Red Lyon Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields and there served his time out which expired 35 years ago and never kept house rented 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes or was a yearly hired servant. Taken the 25th of January 1748. |
