Examination Text | Eleanor Miller aged 47 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith she is the widow of Edward (who has been dead 17 years) to whom she was married at St Giles Cripplegate 29 years ago, that he was bred to the Sea and never gained any settlement here in London but was born in Half Moon Street in the Strand in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields where his Father kept house several years, that she hath no children. Taken this fourth Day of January 1748. |
