The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Churchwardens above named
Phillip Pincknye< no role > Benjamin Harvy< no role > John Dorrill< no role > & Mathew Beaver< no role > Overseers of the poore
of the parish of St. Clement Danes aforesaid with the assent of two Justices of ye peace
according to the Statute in that case made & provided have putt HesterSingleton< no role >
apprentice to Jane Holdrop< no role > and have given with the said apprentice Fifty Shillings
If therefore the above bound Jane Holdrop< no role > & Henry Powell< no role > either of them or either of the
Execrs. Admrs. or Assignes doe well & Sufficiently provide for keepe & maintaine the said
Apprentice in by & with all & all manner of needfull & necessary meate drink washing
lodging apparrell linnen & all other necessaryes meet & convenient for such an apprentice
dureing the terme of [..] eight yeares And also well & sufficiently save defend keepe
harmless & indempnified the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of the
said parish and their successors. for the time being and all the Inhabitants of the said
parish which now are & hereafter shall be & every of them of & from the Charge of
keepeing & maintaineing of the said apprentice dureing the terme aforesaid
And of & from all accons suites & taxacons whatsoever which the said parishioner
of St. Clement Danes aforesaid or any of them shall or may Susteyne incurr
be putt unto for or in respect of the said apprentice in any manner of wise
this Obligacon to be void & of none effect or else to remaine in full force &
vertue
