The Condicon of this Obligacon is Such That Whereas the the above named Hugh
Mills & Thomas Kirkham< no role > Churchwardens Phillip Pinckney< no role > Benjamin Harvy< no role >
John Dorrill< no role > & Mathew Beaver< no role > Overseers of the poore of the parish of St. Clement Danes
in the County of Middx with the assent of two Justices of the peace according to ye Statute
in that case made & pvided have put Mary Smith< no role > Apprentice to the above bound
Robecca Smith< no role > and have given with the said Apprentice Forty Shillings If therefore
the above bound Robecca Smith & John Lisley< no role > or either of them their or either of
their Executors. Administrs & Assignes doe & shall well & Sufficiently keep & maintaine the
said Apprentice in by & with all & all manner of Needfull & necessary Meale drinck
washing lodging apparell linnen & all other Necessaryes meete & convenient for
Such an Apprentice dureing the terme of Seaven yeares And also well & Sufficiently
Save harmlesse & indempnified the Said Churchwardens & Overseers of ye poore
of the Said parish of St. Clement Danes & their Successors. for the time being & all
the Inhabitants of the Said parish which now are & hereafter Shall be of &
from the charge of keeping & maintaineing the said Apprentice dureing the
Said terme & of & from all accons Suites & taxacons for or by reason of the said
Apprentice in any manner of wise Then this Obligacon to be void & of none
effect or else to Stand in full forme & Vertue
