The Condicon of this obligacon is such That whereas Lancelott Cospleston & William
Barmby Churchwardens Charles Wood< no role > Thomas Ingram< no role > Thomas Krikham< no role > &
John Freelove< no role > Overseeres of the poore of the pish of St Clement Danes in ye
County of Middx with the assent of John Phillipps< no role > and John Chamberlaine< no role >
Esqrs : Justices of the peace for ye County of Middx and Citty and Libty of Westmr
according to a Statute in that Case made and provided have putt Elizabeth Keyser< no role >
apprentice to Susannah Marshall< no role > and have given with the said
Apprentice the Sume of fifty shillings ster If therefore the above bounden
Susann Marshall< no role > & John Marshall< no role > or any or eyther of them or eyther of theirs
heires or Executors. doe well and sufficiently Keepe and maintaine the said
Elizabeth Keyser< no role > in by and with all and all manner of needefull & necessary meate
drinke washing lodgeing Apparrell linnen and all other necessarys meete and
convenient for such an Apprentice dureing the said terme And alsoe
save and keepe harmelesse the Churchwardens & Overseeres of the poore
of the said parish which now are and theire successors. for the time being
and all the Inhabitants of the said parish of and from ye Charge of keepeing
and maintaineing the said Apprentice dureing the terme aforesd And
of and from all Accon & Accons Suites and taxacons whatsoever which
the pish of St Clement Danes or any of them shall or may incurre
susteine or be put unto for or in respect of the said Apprentice in any
manner of wise Then this Obligacon to be voyd and of none effect or
else to be & remaine in full force & virtue.
