same upon the Table in the Performer of Mr. Phillips

was likewise taken out of the Pocket of the died
either by him or the said John Atkinson< no role >
and laid
on the Table with the above money that then
Mr. Phillips told this deponent and Atkinson
that the deceased had told some of him Clerks a few
days before that the had dropped [..] Guineas
down into the necessary whereupon Mr. Phillips
had the said Necessary imptied and searched
very carefully but no money was found therein
that Mr. Phillip then cheased the deceased with
having received from Guineas on his Account with
the deceased demised and said he had Corrouce [..] then
of a Mr. Hill that Mr. Phillips then changed
then Deponent with the Cartery of the deceased

and ordered him to take him into Custody
which he died and carried him to St.
Martins Workhouse
