This is to Certify whom it may Concern

Parish of St. Georges Hanover Square in the
Liberty of Westminster apothecary did
attend mary Rice< no role > Wife of Morris Rice< no role >
of Mount Street aforesaid During the
Time of her Illness till the said Mary
rice

fever to the Best of my Knowledge &
Understanding as Witness my hand
