The KingOn the Prosecution of
Mary Power< no role >

Elizabeth Keating< no role > }
For an Assault.

John Burnell< no role > of Deane Street Fetter Lane
London Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that in
last July Sessions a Bill of Indictment on the Prosecution
of the above named Mary Power< no role > was found against
the above namd Defendant Elizabeth Keating and
this Deponent further saith that he entered into
the usual Recognizance as one of the said Defendant
Bail for her appearance in this Present Sessions
And this Deponent Saith, That the said Defendant
not having come to this Deponent or appeared on
the First day of this Session, gave this Deponent
some suspicion of her having absconded-and this
Deponent therefore made diligent search for the
said Defendant in Order to render her up to Justice
but was not able to find her-being informed that
she was gone to some part of Essex And as
This Deponent is in hopes of being able to find
the said Elizabeth Keating on or before the
next Sessions to be holden for Westminster the
humbly Prays this Honourable Court will
make an order for the Suspencion of his
Recognizance until the next Session.
