and Saith that he entered into Recognizance before the Sitting
Magistrates at the Public Office in Marlborough Street for the
Personal Appearance of the Said John Hawkins< no role > in April
Session last And this Deponent further Saith that the said
John Hawkins< no role > hath since that time Paid the said Mary
Brown the abovenamed Prosecutrix the Sum of Two Pounds
Two Shillings as a full Satisfaction in the said Prosecution
by Delivering and paying to Mr. James Hunt< no role > the said Sum
