Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex Victualler Maketh
Oath and Saith that Sometime previous to the
last Sessions he became bound in a recognizance
to prosecute Ann Badford< no role > at the same Sessions
for Stealing Pots his Property That at the
time of the Sessions he had two of his ribs
broke, [..] by reason whereof he was confined
to his bed And this Deponent further Saith
that he reason he did not prosecute the
