ManThat this Deponent has been informed
& verily believes it to be true that the
Trial of the said Arthur Connelly< no role > was put
off at the caming session on an Affidavit
made for that purpose That prisoner
to the last sessions the said Arthur Connely
packed upon a Monday afternoon all
his Furniture and [..] the next Morning
about 5 o clock brought a last and took
away with him his Furniture having as
this Informant has been informed and
believes moved away secretly before That
a number of small Arthur And this
Deponent saith that, being a Furniture
he was on that morning when the Goods
was 10 removed in a last gone to have
gate market to buy [..] and together
and that the Goods were removed during
this Deponents being at market as aforesaid
all which was done without this Deponents
knowledge [..] or consent, or with any
view on his hall to fur [..] the [..]
come of Justice And this Deponent
further saith that he and the said
Edward Reynolds< no role > have several times
since made due search and enquiry after
the said Arthur Connelly in order to
being him into Court and under the
due Course of [..] , but that they were
