22nd. day of April 1794 .

Who being on Oath Says that he was born in the
Parish of St. George Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex
in Which said Parish he now resides, and which is the
Place of his legal Settlement That in February 1793
he was Articled to Mr Henry Chester< no role > of Barons Buildings
St. Georges Fields an Attorney at Law . by whom he is
now employed, And that earns of him One Guinea and
sometimes more per week.
