was brought

's Justices of the Peace
in and for the
Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Thomas Tanner< no role >
for profanely Swearing and Cursing
fourteen times on the sd. Sixth Day of April [..]
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Thomas
Tranner aforesaid, and Paid twenty right Shillings
for ye use of the Poor of the Parish of St Margaret
Westminster
where the Sd. Offence was committed
Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Second Day of July Annoq; Dom. 171 9
