These are humbly to certifie that upon Search of the
Records of the genall quarter Sessions of the peace held for the said
City & Liberty of Westmr I find that Richard Croft< no role > of Chairing
Crosse in the parish of St Martin in the Feilds in the said Liberty
Vintner and Samuell Forbus< no role > of Villers Street York buildings in the
parish & Liberty aforesaid gentl were bound by recognizance taken before
William Coune< no role > Esqr one of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
City & Liberty of Westmr the second day of August one thousand
seaven hundred & eighteen in the penalty of tenn pounds each; upon
condicon that the said [..] Samuell Forbus< no role > should appear att the
then next genall quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the
said City and Liberty to answer the Complaint of Bernard Wheatley< no role >
for forcing open his window Shutters & drawing his sword, swore
he would kill him; alsoe for breaking his windows; & in the meane
time to be of the good behaviour and that the said Samuell Forbus< no role >
did not appear att the said Sessions pursuant to the condicon of the sd
Recognizance whereby the same is become forfeited & is to be estreated
this Prsent Michmas Terme into his Maties Court of Excheqr and I
doe further certifie that there was not any Indictment then Prferred
or at any time since in the Court of Quarter Sessions of the peace
for the said Liberty against the said [..] Samuell Forbus< no role > for the said
offence or any other offence whatsoever Dated this seaven &
twentieth day of October Anno Dni vig

These are to authorize and require the Clerk of the peace for the City and
Liberty of Westmr . to for bear the estreating of the above mentioned Recognizance
of the above named Samuel Forbus< no role > and his Surety and to respite the Same
until the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the said
City and Liberty and further Order of the Court of Sessions herein Dated under
our hands this third day of November 1719
