City & Liberty of Westmr the second day of August one thousand
seaven hundred & eighteen in the penalty of tenn pounds each; upon
condicon that the said

said City and Liberty to answer the Complaint of
Bernard Wheatley< no role >
for forcing open his window Shutters & drawing his sword, swore
he would kill him; alsoe for breaking his windows; & in the meane
time to be of the good behaviour and that the said
Samuell Forbus< no role >
did not appear att the said Sessions pursuant to the condicon of the sd
Recognizance whereby the same is become forfeited & is to be estreated
this Prsent Michmas Terme into his Maties Court of Excheqr and I
doe further certifie that there was not any Indictment then Prferred
or at any time since in the Court of Quarter Sessions of the peace
for the said Liberty against the said
