To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 17th Day of July
last, Frances Smith< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Elizabeth Capone< no role > for Profanely Swearing and Cursing
two times on the Sd Seventeenth Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Elizabeth
Capone aforesaid, and paid two Shillings for ye
use of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret
Westminster Where the sd Offence was committed

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
