To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum, That on the Seventh Day of April
last, Elizabeth Lindsey< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
Liberty of Westminster aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Margaret Johnston< no role > for profanely Swearing and Cursing
three times on the Sixth Day of April
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Margaret
Johnston aforesaid, and Paid six Shillings for ye
use of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret
Westminster where the Sd. Offence was committed

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Second Day of July Annoq; Dom. 171 9
