with the Underwoods (lately held under Lease to

at £120 Per Annum) for a term of 21 years from that
time at a Rent of £150 Per Annum clear of the Land-
tax and all other taxes and deductions whatsoever and
to be allowed Rough Timber for the Repairs of the
Buildings. to be set out by the Hospital Agent.

Manor of Denham Durdant called The Savoy Farm and
other Land held by him under a Lease which will expire
at Michaelmas 1796 (at a Rent of £344 Per Annum
clear of the Landtax and all other taxes) for a term of 21
years from that time at a Rent of £420 clear of the
Landtax and all other taxes and Outgoings. Mr. Morten
putting into and keeping during the term the Buildings
in Repair being allowed Rough Timber by the Hospital
and insuring and keeping the same insured during the
term at £1100 and upon other the terms contained in
Mr. Morten's present Lease.
