expire at Michaelmas 1798 at a Rent of £5 Pr. Annum)
for a Term of 61 Years from that time at a Rent of
£17. Per Annum clear of the Land Tax and all other
Taxes and outgoings the Tenant to build One Second
rate and One third rate House or two second rate Houses
at his Option within two Years from the Commencement
of the Lease and to expend thereon at least £900 to
the satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to insure
at £800 The Tenant to have the old materials

To Mr. William Perryman< no role > , the Present
Tenant of Rabb's Farm at Hillendon in the County
of Middlesex under a Lease which will expire at
Michaelmas 1798 at a Rent of £80 Per Annum, a
Lease of that Farm for a Term of 21 Years from
that time at a Rent of £105. Pr. Annum clear of the
Land Tax and all other Taxes and Outgoings Mr.
Perryman putting the Buildings and Fences into
Repair to the Satisfaction of the Hospital Agent and
keeping the same in Repair being allowed rough Timber
by the Hospital and insuring and keeping the same
insured during the Term and upon other the Terms of his
present Lease.

To Mr. William Sandel< no role > the present Tenant of
Hellions Farm at Hellions Bumpsted in the County of
Essex under a Lease which will expire at Michaelmas 1798
at a Rent of £120 Per Annum for a term of 21 Years
from that time at a Rent of £130 Pr. Annum Clear of
the Land tax and all other taxes and outgoings Mr.
Sandel Putting the Buildings and Fences into Repair
to the satisfaction of the Hospital Agent and keeping
the same in Repair being allowed rough Timber by
the Hospital and upon other the Terms of his Present
Lease the Hospital continuing to insure the Premises.

the Hospital Farm at Cherry Hinton in the County of
Cambridge under a Lease which will expire at
Michaelmas 1798 at a Rent of £110 Per Annum, a Lease

£120 Pr. Annum clear of the Land Tax and all other
Taxes and outgoings Mr. Headley keeping the Fences in
