repair to the satisfaction of the Hospital Agent and upon
other the Terms of his present Lease.

To Mr. William Viner< no role > of certain Ground and Eight
Houses (formerly nine) on the East side of Kent Street
Southwark (Part of the Premises at present under three Lease
to Mr. Steers Mr. Lyon and Mr. Cole which expired at
Christmas 1797) as Pointed out in a Plan of the whole
of these Premises Prepared by the Hospital Surveyor and
now laid before the Committee for a hours of 21 Years from
that time at a Tent of £100 Pr. Annum clear of the Land
Tax and all other Deductions the Tenant to repair to the
Satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to insure at
£2000.

of Ground on the North side of Jerusalem Square Hackney
(formerly in Lease to Mr. Adnett) for a Term of 21 Years
from Lady day 1798 determinable by the Hospital at
the expiration of the first seven or fourteen Years thereof
at a clear Rent of £6 Per Annum.

To Mr. Samuel Salter< no role > of the Demesnes of the Manors
of Leinsters al Langley in the Parish of Rickmansworth
in the Counties of Hertford and Bucks (held by him under
a Lease granted to Mr. Stephen Salter< no role > his Father which
will expire at Michaelmas 1798 at a Rent of £50 Per
Annum and a fine paid at the Commencement of his Lease)
for a term of 21 Years from that time at a Rent of
£470 Per Annum clear of the Land tax and all other
Taxes and Outgoings Mr. Salter putting the Buildings.
and Fences into Repair to the satisfaction of the
Hospital Agent and keeping the same in repair being
allowed Rough Timber by the Hospital and insuring
and keeping the same insured during the Term and
upon other the Terms agreed upon between the Hospital
Agent and Mr. Trumper on the behalf of Mr. Salter and
other the Terms usual in the Hospital Leases of their
Farms.
