We have Granted to Saml: Collyer< no role > a
Lease of 2 Houses in Crutched Fryers for 21 years
from Laday 1747 at £12 P ann clear Rent

Mr. Treasurer having acquainted us that
on the 10th: of Novr: last he had caused a Distress to be
made on the Stock & Goods of John Flower< no role > our Tent:
of Pinner Park Farm in Middsex for Arrears of
Rent amounting to the sum of £531 And that
upon an Appr [..] mt. thereof by two able Farmers the
sd: Stock & Goods were valued after deducting the Land
Tax at £430..4. We considering the bad Circum
stances of the Tent: & thinking it most for the Benefit
of the Hospital accepted of a surrender of his Lease
which would have expired at Michs next and took
possession of the Farm, And have granted a Lease
of the same to Philip Aldwin< no role > of Pinner for 21 years
from Michs 1747

Grant to Robt. Winter

We have Granted to Robt. Winter< no role > a
Lease of 2 Houses near the County Jail in Southwark
for 21 years from Michas 1749 at £10. P ann clear Rent
& £150: Fine

Willm: Lakes Lease
Surrendr:


Willm Lake< no role > our Tent: of a House in the
High Street of the Boro: at £40 P ann having apply'd
to us to be discharged from his Lease on Account of the
lowness of his Circumstances & his Inability to pay
the Rent We in consideration thereof have accepted
of a surrender of the said Lease & have let the sd: House
to Nathanl. & Hewitt< no role > as Tent: at Will at the same Rent
from Michs 1747

yard Wall Rebuilt}


The Wall of the Church yard of St
Thomas's Parish being in a ruinous Condition we have
rebuilt the same with Brick & Stone Copeing for the
Sum of £151
