manage the Affairs of this Hospital do Report our
Proceedings therein since the last Annual Court held
the 18th of July 1745

a Piece of Ground being the Passage from the Hospit:
alers Kitchen into Black Swan Alley for 61 years from
Xmas 1745 at Five Shillings a year clear Rent

Taylor


We have Granted to William Taylor< no role > a Lease
of the House he lives in at Wapping for 21 years from
Lady day 1746 at £11.10 a year clear Rent

Grant to Robert
Whitlock


We have Granted to Robt: Whitlock< no role > a Lease of
the House he lives in at Wapping for 21 years from Lady day
1746 at £10.10 a year clear Rent

Grant to Willm. Hussey


We have Granted to Willm: Hussey< no role > a Lease of his
dwelling House at Wapping for 21 years from Lady day
1746 at £8.-a year clear Rent

John Julls Grant
discharg'd


The Widow of John Jull< no role > applying to us to be
Released from the late Contract made by her Husband
for taking two Leases of sundry old Houses in St Thomas's
Parish and declaring her Inability to perform the same.
We have Discharg'd the said Widow Jull from the said
Contract, And have Granted to Joseph Townsend< no role > a Lease
of 4 of the said Houses for 21 years from Midsr 1746 at
£4.- a year clear Rent

Desperate Arrears
Struck off


We have Order'd some Old Arrears which were
adjudged desperate to be struck off from the Hospital
Account And to be carryed into the Account of Desperate
Debts

We taking Notice that Mr Jonathan Welch< no role > the
Steward of this Hospital hath behav'd himself very diligent
by for the year past do recommend it to this Court that he
may have a Gratuity of Ten Pounds paid him by
Mr Treasurer

We have Order'd Green Staves to be sent to the
following Gentlemen as proper Persons to be Governors
